Junior Contact Center Engineer

SecureSpace Self Storage, a nationwide provider of top-tier storage solutions, seeks an innovative Junior Contact Center Engineer to join their dynamic Digital Customer Experience (CX) team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technology, developing strategies from the ground up, and scaling effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CX and AI Innovation: Formulate and execute advanced strategies aimed at elevating the customer experience, coupled with the integration of Artificial Intelligence technologies into our tech stack, enhancing both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Call Center Infrastructure Coordination: Oversee and manage multi-platform configurations, optimizing the architecture of our Contact Center engine and its network of phone numbers, routing behaviors, devices, and users.
  • Holistic Product Management: Balance the dual responsibilities of Internal and Consumer Product Manager of our proprietary software: harmonizing the internal functionality with its external customer-facing features, ensuring a seamless and effective experience for all users.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between various teams, including Operations, Technology, and Marketing, to facilitate cross-functional collaboration. Focus on uniting different perspectives and expertise to align strategies and develop integrated solutions that reflect our collective vision and objectives.
  • Accountable Remote Working Dynamics: Embrace the flexibility and independence of a fully-remote, work-from-home setting, while maintaining high levels of productivity, responsibility, and communication.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required.
  • Strong background in customer experience and/or operations, preferably in a technological environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in AI applications and customer experience strategies.
  • Understanding of call center infrastructures and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a talent for developing innovative strategies and solutions from the ground up.
  • Ability to thrive in a fully-remote working environment, demonstrating self-motivation, time management, and organizational skills.
