Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design and manufacturing processes, with a passion for innovation and problem-solving. This role involves designing, developing, and testing mechanical components and systems, ensuring they meet project requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Development: Create detailed designs for mechanical components and systems using CAD software.
  • Prototyping: Develop prototypes and conduct tests to validate design concepts.
  • Analysis: Perform engineering analysis, including stress, thermal, and fluid dynamics analysis.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process and product improvements and implement innovative solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing, quality control, and other departments to ensure seamless product development and production.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design and engineering.
    • Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.
    • Experience with engineering analysis tools (e.g., FEA, CFD).
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
    • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
