Join our dynamic aerospace team as an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative! **Position Summary:** We are seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Support Representative I to ensure our customers receive timely and accurate information about their orders and inquiries. This position is critical to maintaining our standards of excellence in service and accuracy within the fast-paced aerospace industry. **Key Responsibilities:** + Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person. + Process and track customer orders, confirming accuracy in part numbers, quantities, and delivery schedules. + Maintain and update customer records in company databases and Excel spreadsheets. + Generate and analyze Excel reports for order tracking, inventory control, and performance metrics. + Collaborate with production, quality, and shipping departments to ensure successful, timely product delivery. + Provide order status updates and resolve basic customer concerns with professionalism and urgency. + Assist in preparing quotes, invoices, and customer documentation. + Support the Customer Service team with special projects as assigned. **Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. + 1-2+ years of customer service experience. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data sorting, pivot tables). + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. + Team-oriented, positive, professional attitude. **Preferred Skills:** + Experience in manufacturing or aerospace industry a plus. + Familiarity with ERP or order management systems. **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to sit, type, and use a computer for extended periods. + Occasional lifting up to 35 lbs may be required. **What happens next:** Once you apply, you'll proceed to the next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
